G2_BLOCK_EPC =1;EPC区

StartPos

开始读取的地址（必须为偶数地址）

ReadLen

unsigned char

要读取的字节数（必须为偶数）

Password

unsigned int

标签操作的密码，默认为0

G2DataLen

int *

读到的字节数

G2Data

unsigned char

读到的内容

返 回 值：大于0为成功，小于0为错误
